Epoxy fiberglass winding tube

The epoxy glass fiber winding tube is an insulating product formed by an alkali-free and flawless glass fiber yarn, a flawless glass cloth, a Wollan cloth impregnated with an epoxy composite rubber, and heated and solidified; Grade, F and H grade heat resistance grades, with good electrical properties and mechanical strength, are currently widely used in the 35kV, 110kV, 220kV, 1000kV arrester sleeves of electric porcelain industry and sleeves for on-column switches.
It can produce various kinds of winding tubes of various specifications (φ19~φ400mm) according to user's requirements, and can be processed according to different requirements (grooving, turning, picking, etc.)

Description
1.  Appearance: The surface should be smooth, smooth, and there are no cracks or cracks inside. Both ends should be cut neatly.
2.  The nominal inner diameter, outer diameter and length allowable deviation shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.
3,  Mechanical processing (including the car after the coarse thread), there should be no separation and slag.
4.  Physical mechanical and dielectric properties should meet the requirements of Table 2.
